CoWorking space, Great Place to Love. Large Format Wall Identity

The world of work is undergoing a profound change. In 2026, coworking spaces are no longer simple shared rental office floors: they become places of experience, territories of identity and meaning, capable of attracting talent, entrepreneurs and companies in search of inspiring environments.

Rethinking co-working spaces with large-format murals

It is with this in mind that we have designed our latest achievement: a complete program of design signage and wall decorations in the form of hand-drawn frescoes, intended to promote a new generation of coworking spaces carried by visionary real estate developers.

The issue went beyond simple aesthetics. The aim was to create places capable of telling a story, embodying values and differentiating themselves in a market that had become very competitive. Our interventions have transformed large neutral volumes into singular spaces, carrying energy and coherence, where each wall contributes to the overall attractiveness of the site.

Giving a soul to shared offices

Coworking projects are multiplying all over France and Europe. However, many of them are similar: standardised furniture, interchangeable graphic codes, impersonal signage.
Our mission was to reverse this logic by proposing a unique wall script, capable of making each site an identifiable landmark.

The frescoes created do not only decorate: they structure the identity of the place. They dialogue with the architecture, accompany the itineraries, create emotional landmarks. For real estate developers, this is a strategic lever: a space with a strong personality is rented out faster, builds better loyalty among its occupants and generates a sustainable premium image.

Our expertise in the design of professional spaces is in line with this vision:

Large areas, limitless creativity

The new coworking sites designed for 2026 are characterized by generous volumes, open floors, and spectacular ceiling heights. These spaces offered an ideal terrain for the development of large-scale frescoes, visible from afar as well as from close-up.

We have imagined compositions capable of dialoguing with these exceptional dimensions: lines that cross the floors, patterns that extend from one wall to another, interventions that accompany the stairs and relaxation areas. Each place becomes an immersive visual experience, unparalleled in the classic offer.

The creation was carried out by our artistic studio, which specialises in tailor-made projects:

Colours to energise work

The color palette has been designed as a real activation tool. The colours chosen bring dynamism, concentration and creativity.
Deep blues promote reflection, yellows stimulate energy, greens remind us of balance, brighter touches signal areas of conviviality.

These shades are never applied at random: they respond to the uses. Meeting spaces benefit from calmer atmospheres, passage areas from a more sustained pace, informal corners from a more enveloping warmth. Colour becomes a functional language at the service of working comfort.

Keywords as a collective compass

At the heart of the frescoes, we have integrated key words values : collaboration, audacity, trust, innovation, sharing, responsibility.
Handwritten, they do not take the form of advertising slogans but poetic landmarks. They remind future occupants of what is the basis of the spirit of the place.

These words dialogue with graphic forms: stylized plants, contemporary wefts, abstract silhouettes. The whole creates a discreet narrative that accompanies daily life without ever imposing itself.

Design signage to guide uses

Signage was an essential part of the project. In such large spaces, orientation must be immediate. We have developed a clear and elegant system: floor markings, room identification, routes to common areas, landmarks for visitors.

This signage is integrated into the frescoes rather than contradicting them. The typographies, pictograms and colours use the same graphic vocabulary. The result offers a total coherence between function and aesthetics.

Our approach to the user journey is based on a global reflection:

Enhancing the value of real estate investments

For developers, these interventions represent a powerful tool for valorization . A coworking space with a strong identity immediately stands out on marketing platforms. Visitors feel the soul of the place as soon as they enter.

The frescoes create photogenic spaces, favorable to the digital communication of the occupants. They strengthen the sense of belonging and encourage loyalty. Mural art thus becomes an economic as well as an aesthetic argument.

Places designed for the uses of 2026

Working methods are evolving: hybridization, flexibility, nomadism, artificial intelligence, informal meetings. Our creations have integrated these realities.
Areas dedicated to concentration rub shoulders with collaborative spaces, bubbles of confidentiality, and places of relaxation.

Frescoes accompany these transitions: quieter patterns near silent desks, more expressive compositions around creative spaces. The set becomes a tool for the scenography of the work.

An eco-responsible project

The techniques used favour sustainable materials and paints that respect indoor air quality. The frescoes, made by hand, are part of a long-term logic, far from disposable dressing.

This responsible dimension corresponds to the expectations of the companies that will choose these places in 2026: committed spaces, consistent with their own values.

An impact on well-being

The first feedback from pilot users confirms the effect of the creations: better atmosphere, feeling of pride, desire to stay longer on site.
Mural art acts as a social catalyst, fostering informal encounters and collective creativity.

Preparing for the coworking of tomorrow

With this achievement, we affirm a vision of coworking for 2026: places that are no longer just home to work, but that inspire, unite and tell.
Design signage and murals are becoming pillars of this new generation of shared spaces.

We are convinced that the attractiveness of offices will increasingly depend on their ability to offer meaning.Art, when thought of as a global project, can transform real estate into a territory of emotions and values.
